Where do I begin?? So much has happened in a week!

So much has happened in the past week that my head is spinning!

OK, for starters we just booked a wedding at a beautiful location! It's called Grand Highlands at Bearwallow Mountain. Set in June, on top of this mountain, it's sure to be an amazing wedding! This makes our 3rd wedding for the year, thus far.

We created a promo video for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Upstate. It's set to air on the city channel soon.

We found a localtion that has a bald eagle nesting! We can't divulge the location yet. If too many people start going there it could get scared off and not actually lay an egg there. Once the egg is there, we will be sure to get some great photos/video for you guys.

For now, here is a snap shot we took on our first outing looking for the eagle. It saw us from a LONG ways off and turned, but we managed to get one before it was completely out of range. I was set for shooting in the shade and quickly turned to bright sky, thus the over-exposed sky. None the less, we at least saw this beautiful bird on our first outing!

While out looking for the eagle, we saw lots of wildlife, as well as remnants of it (a scattering of bones).

 

We've had several interviews/auditions lately, with many more to come.

Late last night we were hired to film the Miss Columbia Pageant this Sunday!

And lastly, but certainly not least, Director, Lee Hardin has hired us to be part of the film crew on his next film!

All in all, it has been a GREAT week! Thanks for your support!

The Wheresville Project @ The Showroom!!

Come out Friday night to show your support for a great local band, The Wheresville Project, at The Showroom in downtown Spartanburg! We will be there to catch all the action starting at 8PM. Don't miss out, these guys can really rock!

The Bent Strings!

Running a little late this week as we have been extremely busy.

This was our first time working with "The Bent Strings". They played at Chicora Alley in Greenville, and did an awesome job! The place was PACKED and it was clear that the crowd was very responsive to their music! The floor was bouncing non-stop. Video coming soon!

The Consumers @ Wild Wings tonight!!

Come out and see The Consumers playing @ Wild Wings in Greenville tonight! We will be there filming the show. It's sure to be a great night for anyone there!

Things are picking up!!

There is a lot going on in the world of Ridge Runner Media! We've been shooting some B-roll footage for an upcoming spot on Scene on 7. This footage includes Lindsay Bennett of T3 Talent passing on her talents, Katie Cotton of Cotton Rouge Hair and Make-up Artistry creating her works of art, and of photography and videography by Brian Miller.

Our night with The Wheresville Project last Friday went great! They are an amazing group of young men that are showing great talents and we forsee big things in their future!

Saturday with The Consumers was a very fun day. We shot in Whitestone Studios in Greenville, and we did something a little different that we think you will really like! As soon as the audio is back from the studio we will have the video up for you guys! We will be shooting with them again on the 20th at Wild Wings in Greenville.

We have a lot of ideas in the works for some short films, webisodes, as well as several very interesting prospective projects. We are looking forward to bringing you guys some exciting new video in the very near future!!
